When registering for the test, you must use the exact same name that appears on the primary ID you’ll present at the test center. For complete information on ID requirements, view the Examinee Handbook for your test:
There are two types of TOEIC Listening and Reading testing sessions:
Contact your local ETS Preferred Network (EPN) office for TOEIC Listening and Reading test dates and availability in your country.

Public testing sessions for the TOEIC Listening and Reading test in the United States and Canada are held 12 times a year.
The registration deadline is always on the Thursday 1 week before the test at 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. For example, if you want to take the test on Saturday, November 13, you must register by 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 4.
Complete the online registration steps and submit payment via Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or JCB. The card must be in your name.
