ETS Proficiency Profile Pricing and Ordering

Pricing

To provide greater flexibility to our customers, the ETS Proficiency Profile program offers different pricing options. Institutions may pay for all assessments and remote proctoring sessions, or pass along the cost of the test, remote proctoring session or both to the student. Students may pay with credit card or PayPal^® accounts. Payment method is determined during cohort setup.

Test pricing

Pricing is based on quantity ordered. Refunds will not be issued for unused tests.

Essay pricing

Essays are only available for online administrations. They are $6 each, regardless of the quantity ordered.

Off-campus testing proctoring service pricing

If you choose to proctor your off-campus testing sessions using our integrated solution, Institution as Proctor, there is no fee. Secure remote proctoring services with a live proctor are also available through our partner, ProctorU^®, for a fee.

Ordering

Be sure to order paper tests at least 3 weeks in advance of the test administration date to allow time for order processing and shipping.
If you are a current ETS Proficiency Profile customer, order through your account in Program Workshop.
To become an ETS Proficiency Profile customer, complete the User Account Information form. Once set up, all orders can be placed online.
