Accessing score reports

Institutions run score reports and download comparative data reports through Program Workshop, the administrator portal.

Scoring schedule

Score availability depends on test format:

  • Online administrations: score reports are available immediately after the administration is over. Aggregate reporting is available after the testing cohort is closed.
  • Paper administrations: score reports are available online approximately 3 weeks after receipt of a school’s completed answer sheets at ETS.

All reports, regardless of format, are available up to 5 years after a cohort is closed.
